The course is intended to involve seven hours of lecture. A comprehensive final examination is administered to the student who completes this course. A 75% score is required on the written final examination in order to obtain certification. Clinical experience is not required because dental assistants and hygienists cannot legally administer nitrous oxide-oxygen analgesia.

Cancellations or transfer requests must be in writing via email to info@ncdentalu.com.  Cancellations or transfers greater than 2 weeks prior to the event will receive 100% refund or credit. Registrants cancelling or transferring between two weeks and two full business days prior to the first day of the event are “refunded at 50% of the registration fee subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee.” No refunds, credits or transfers will be given for cancellations received less than two full business days prior to the event.
