Registration Process

NC DENTAL U REGISTRATION PROCESS

*At any time, a prospective student has the option to visit any of our campuses.  Time is designated each week with our Instructors and/or Career Advisors.  You can make your reservation by clicking here.

Step 1: 

Student completes the online registration form. 

Step 2:

Once the registration is received by the Registrar, the student will be contacted within 2 business days via phone or email to complete the phone interview and assist with any questions the student may have.

Step 3:

Formal enrollment takes place which includes the completion of New Student Paperwork and payment agreements.  Students will receive an email link via “SignRequest” to review and digitally sign student documents.  Please note: a minimum deposit will be required at the time of enrollment depending upon your specific payment agreement.  Enrollment is not finalized until all student paperwork is received by the Registrar.

Step 4: 

Students should immediately request an OFFICIAL copy of their high school transcript or GED AND any COLLEGE transcripts. These documents should be sent to:

*These documents are required to enroll & graduate from this program.

Step 5:

The Registrar or your Instructor will contact you regarding textbooks and other class materials at least one week before class is scheduled to begin.

(Includes NC Radiology and Nitrous Oxide Certifications for the Dental Assistant)

– Radiology for Dental Auxiliary    $595

– Nitrous Oxide for Dental Auxiliary $265

– Coronal Polishing $265
